Terms of Service
- Our hotel does not accept those who are younger than 18 years old. Thank you for your understanding.
- Do not smoke anywhere other than in the designated areas. Smoking in a capsule is strictly prohibited.
- Do not bring any of the following items into hallways and the accommodation facility:
(a) Animals and birds, (b) anything that produces foul odors, (c) ignitable or flammable dangerous articles, (d) firearms
and swords, (e) bringing food and drink and taking unauthorized photographs, and (f) other items that violate the rules of
the laws and regulations and are offensive to public order and morals - Do not gamble nor commit any acts that corrupt public morals and bother others.
- Do not use the accommodation facility for a purpose other than accommodations, such as unauthorized photography.
- Do not invite strangers into the accommodation facility nor let them use the accommodation facilityʼs equipment or goods.
- Do not change the current conditions of the accommodation facilityʼs equipment and goods by moving them to other
places or fabricating them. - Do not leave your belongings in the hallways, lobby, etc.
- Although we ask our guests to pay in advance, if our front staff presents the usage fee for our adjoining facilities that you
used or the charge for extending the deadline at the time of your departure, please pay in each case. - Management of your cash and valuables during your stay will be your responsibility. Please be reminded that we
assume no responsibility for the loss or theft of your cash and valuables. - Storing of your belongings and things left behind shall be in accordance with Article 16 of the Accommodation Clause
and related laws and regulations. - With regard to organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, and events that may be offensive to public
order.- Under the Act for the Prevention of Wrongful Acts by Members of Organized Crime Groups (enforced on March 1,
1992), our hotel does not accept designated organized crime groups, members of the designated organized crime groups,
etc. (If the said fact is known after your reservation or during the use, we will refuse your use of the facility at that point in
time.) - Our hotel does not accept antisocial groups and members of antisocial groups (such as organized crime groups, radical
action groups, etc., and their members). (If the said fact is known after your reservation or during use, we will refuse your
use of the facility at that point in time.) - If acts of violence, threats, blackmail, angry voices, coercive undue claims, and acts similar to these are recognized, we
will immediately refuse your use of the facility. We also do not accept those who have ever done similar acts. - If ensuring the safety of someone who is using our hotel is difficult due to diminished responsibility, loss caused by
drugs or drinking, and if such matters are recognized to pose a risk, build a feeling of fear, and build a feeling of insecurity
for other guests, we immediately refuse his/her use of the facility. - If you offer a feeling of repulsion or cause trouble for others by acts of shouting, loud singing, making noises, etc., or if
you gamble or commit acts that are offensive to public order and morals, we will immediately refuse your use of the
facility.
- Under the Act for the Prevention of Wrongful Acts by Members of Organized Crime Groups (enforced on March 1,
- If you are officially announcing defamatory expressions about our hotel and employees on a website or if you are
cooperating in such an act, we will refuse your use of the facility. - We do not accept those with persons who are intoxicated.
- With regard to the loss of our rental items during your stay, we will charge you the actual expenses as compensatory
payment.

Accommodation Clause
Article 1. Application of This Clause
- Paragraph 1.
- The accommodation agreement that our hotel concludes with our guests and agreements related to this shall be in accordance with the provisions of this clause, and matters not stipulated in this clause shall be in accordance with
the laws and regulations or generally established convention. - Paragraph 2.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if we respond to a special agreement within the scope that is not offensive to the laws and regulations, as well as convention, such special agreement shall have priority.
Article 2. Application for an Accommodation Agreement
- Paragraph 1.
- When our hotel accepts an application for accommodation on the accommodation date or the date prior to the accommodation date (hereinafter referred to as “Application for Making the Accommodations”), we will ask the applicant for the accommodations to declare the following items:
- Names of the lodgers, number of lodgers, address, and contact information
- Accommodation date, scheduled arrival time, details of the accommodations, and presence or absence of an invitation ticket or discount terms, such as membership in our sister hotel.
- Accommodation fee (In principle, it shall be in accordance with the Appendix 1.)
- i. The name and telephone number of the applicant
ii. The name, telephone number, and address of the payer - Other matters that our hotel deems necessary
- Paragraph 2.
- In case our hotel guest wishes to extend the stay beyond the accommodation date stipulated in (2) of the preceding paragraph during his/her stay, our hotel deems that there has been a new application for the accommodation agreement at the time such application is made.
- Paragraph 3.
- Reservations from HP, a reservation site, etc., are intended for those who have appropriately done the settings for characters (Japanese language display), an e-mail, printer, etc. With regard to the PC and influences on a reservation of those who do not correspond to these conditions, we assume no responsibility. Also, even if the above-mentioned conditions are met, we assume no responsibility for any causes that are beyond our hotelʼs management, such as situations pertaining to the configuration of a guestʼs PC.
Article 3. Completion of an Accommodation Agreement and a Deposit
- Paragraph 1.
- An accommodation agreement shall be completed at the time when our hotel accepts the application stipulated in the preceding paragraph. Provided, however, that this shall not apply in the case where the fact that our hotel did not accept it has been proved.
- Paragraph 2.
- When the number of lodgers in an application exceeds 10, the amount equal to 50% of the basic accommodation fee shall be paid into our designated financial institutionʼs bank account as a deposit within seven days from the date of application for accommodations.
- Paragraph 3.
- The deposit stipulated in the preceding paragraph shall be appropriated for the accommodation fee our hotel guest shall eventually pay and appropriated for in an order of a cancellation fee in the case where provisions of the Paragraph 2 of Article 5 shall be applied and compensatory payment in the case where provisions of the Article 17 shall be applied, and the remaining amount shall be returned to the applicant if there is any left.
- Paragraph 4.
- If the deposit stipulated in the Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date designated by our hotel in accordance with the provisions of the said paragraph, the accommodation agreement may become ineffective.
Article 4. Rejection of Concluding an Accommodation Agreement
- Paragraph 1.
- In the following cases, our hotel may reject accepting accommodations:
- If the application for accommodations is not in accordance with this clause.
- If there is no room available due to full occupancy (of people).
- If a person who is trying to stay at our hotel is recognized to commit an act likely to be offensive to the laws and
regulations and public order and morals. - If a person who is trying to stay at our hotel is recognized to try to bring in dangerous goods.
- If a person who is trying to stay at our hotel is the organized crime group or the member of the organized crime group
(hereinafter referred to as “Organized Crime Group” and “Member of the Organized Crime Group”) under the Act for the
Prevention of Wrongful Acts by Members of Organized Crime Groups (enforced on March 1, 1992) or the person
concerned or is part of antisocial forces. - If a person who is trying to stay at our hotel is the employee or member of the company or another group in which the
Organized Crime Group or the Member of the Organized Crime Group controls its business activities. - If a person who is trying to stay at our hotel is a corporate person and there is any person among its board members
who falls into the Member of the Organized Crime Group. - If a person who is trying to stay at our hotel commits an act of violence, threat, blackmail, or coercive undue claims to
our hotel guests or staff of the accommodation facility (employees), demands the charge that is beyond a lawful extent, or
is recognized that he/she has ever committed a similar act. - If a person who is trying to stay at our hotel is the person who has been affected with a legal communicable disease or
a highly communicable disease and currently under medical treatment. - If a person who is trying to stay at our hotel is recognized to be likely to cause troubles to other guests by drinking
heavily, etc. Or if the person behaves in a way to significantly cause troubles to other guests. - If we cannot provide the accommodation facility due to a natural disaster, facility failure, and other inevitable reasons.
Article 5. Hotel Guestʼs Right of Cancellation
- Paragraph 1.
- Our hotel guests can ask to cancel the accommodation agreement.
- Paragraph 2.
- If our hotel guest does not arrive by 1:00 a.m. on the day after the accommodation date (30 minutes after the arrival time if the arrival time has been declared in advance), the accommodation agreement is deemed to be cancelled by the hotel guest, and the provisions of Article 12 will be applied.
Article 6. Cancellation Fee
- Paragraph 1.
- If a person planning to stay at our hotel cancels the accommodation agreement or cancels part of the accommodation agreement due to any cause attributable to the said person, the said person shall pay the cancellation fee (Appendix 1) stipulated by our hotel.
- Paragraph 2.
- The cancellation fee shall be paid into our designated financial institutionʼs account within seven days
from the day of cancellation.
Article 7. Our Hotelʼs Right of Cancellation
- Paragraph 1.
- Our hotel can cancel the accommodation agreement in the cases stipulated below:
- If the presentation of the items stipulated in the Paragraph 1 of Article 2 has been rejected or false declaration has been made.
- If a deposit stipulated in the Paragraph 2 of Article 3 is not paid on time when charged the deposit.
- If a matter falls into any of the items (3) to (11) of Article 4.
- If we cannot let anyone stay at our hotel due to the reason attributable to force majeure such as a natural disaster.
- Paragraph 2.
- When the accommodation agreement has been cancelled in accordance with the provisions of the
preceding paragraph, we will return the deposit if there is any deposit that has already been collected for the
accommodation agreement.
Article 8. Registration at Our Hotel
- Paragraph 1.
- An applicant for accommodations will confirm the following items at our hotelʼs front desk on the day of accommodations:
- Items stipulated in the Paragraph 1 (1) of Article 2
- Departure date and time
- Other items that our hotel deems necessary
- Paragraph 2.
- When trying to use a discount ticket, invitation ticket, etc., for all or part of the payment stipulated in the Accommodation Clause, the hotel guest will preliminarily present it at the time of confirmation stipulated in the preceding paragraph.
Article 9. Room Operating Time
- Paragraph 1.
- The time when our hotel guest uses our hotel room (check-in time) shall be 3:00 p.m. and the time when leaving the room (checkout time) shall be 12:00 noon.
- Paragraph 2.
- However, if our hotel guest is to consecutively stay at our hotel, the room can be used for all day long except for the arrival and departure dates.
Article 10. Compliance with the Terms of Service
- Paragraph 1.
- In our hotel, our hotel guests shall comply with the Terms of Service stipulated by our hotel.
Article 11. Business Hours
- Paragraph 1.
- Business hours of the principal facilities at our hotel shall be as follows and detailed business hours of other facilities, and presentation at each location shall be reported through information in the room.
- Front Desk (24 hours)
- Large bath : 1:00 p.m. ‒ 12:00 p.m. on the next day and 4:00 p.m. ‒ 12:00 p.m. (once a week)

- Paragraph 2.
- Business hours in the preceding paragraph may be temporarily changed if it is absolutely necessary. In that event, we will notify you in an appropriate manner.
Article 12. Refusal for Continuous Stay
- Even if it is during the stay that we have accepted, our hotel may refuse the continuous stay if it has been found out that you fall under any of the following items:
- In the event of falling under any of the Items (3) to (11) of Article 4.
- In the event of not following the Terms of Service in Article 10.
Article 13. Payment of the Fees
- Paragraph 1.
- The breakdown of and calculation method for the accommodation fee, which shall be paid by our hotel guests, shall be in accordance with the list in the Terms of Service.
- Paragraph 2.
- Payment of the fees shall be made by the Japanese currency, credit cards that our hotel has approved, or a discount ticket, invitation ticket, etc., at our hotelʼs front desk by the checkout time or when our hotel charges.
- Paragraph 3.
- Even if our hotel guest does not voluntarily stay after starting to use a room, the fee relevant to accommodations shall be paid.
Article 14. Our Hotelʼs Responsibility
- Paragraph 1.
- Our hotelʼs responsibility on accommodations will start at the time when our hotel guest registers for accommodation at our hotelʼs front desk or when the hotel guest enters the room whichever comes first and end at the time when the hotel guest leaves the room for his/her departure.
- Paragraph 2.
- If we cannot provide a room for our hotel guest for reasons attributable to our hotel, we will find another accommodation facility that is under the same or similar conditions for the hotel guest, except for difficult cases of a natural disaster and force majeure.
- Paragraph 3.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if we cannot find another accommodation facility, we will pay the accommodation fee as the compensation charge up to a ceiling of the accommodation fee under the said agreement as the penal charge and appropriate for the compensation damage. However, this shall not apply if there is no reason attributable to our hotel for not being able to continue to provide a room.
- Paragraph 4.
- In case of a serious fault attributable to our hotel, we have purchased Innkeeperʼs Liability Insurance to cover liability for body injury and property damage from food poisoning caused by food and drink and products provided/sold by our hotel, injuries caused by the in-house facility and equipment failures, body injury due to accidental fire, and theft of articles placed in our custody.
Article 15. Handling of the Things Placed Under Our Custody
- Paragraph 1.
- With regard to the goods our hotel guest deposited at the front desk, when any damage, such as loss or breakage, occurs, we will compensate for such damage if caused by our hotelʼs intention/serious faults.
- Paragraph 2.
- With regard to the goods brought into our hotel that are not deposited at the front desk, in the event of any damage, such as loss or breakage caused by our hotelʼs intention or gross negligence, our hotel will compensate for such damage. However, provided, that we will assume no responsibility for the goods our hotel guest did not present the kind and price in advance, except for damage caused by our hotelʼs intention or gross negligence.
Article 16. Storing of Our Hotel Guestʼs Baggage or Personal Effects
- Paragraph 1.
- If our hotel guestʼs baggage arrives prior to the accommodations being ready, the baggage will be stored with the care of a good manager only in cases in which our hotel acknowledged prior to the arrival and will be given before check-in at the front desk.
- Paragraph 2.
- In a case where our hotel guestʼs baggage or personal effects were left at our hotel after the hotel guest checked out and if the owner is known, we shall communicate with the said owner and ask for instructions. However, if there is no instruction given by the owner or if the owner cannot be found, the tax and valuables, such as securities, shall be stored for one day, including the day of discovery, and other goods shall be stored for about one month and then they shall be based on the relevant laws and regulations. However, provided, that this shall not apply to foodstuffs.
- Paragraph 3.
- Our hotelʼs responsibility for storing our hotel guestʼs baggage or personal effects in the preceding two paragraphs will be based on the provisions of Paragraph 1 of the preceding article in the case of Paragraph 1 and the provisions of the Paragraph 2 of the same article in the case of the preceding paragraph.
Article 17. Our Hotel Guestʼs Responsibility
- In the event of damage to the hotel attributable to the hotel guest, the said hotel guest will compensate for such damage to the hotel.

- The percentages in the table are the proportions of the cancellation fees for basic accommodation fees.
- If the number of contracted days is shortened, the cancellation fee for one day will be collected regardless of the number of shortened days.
- If a tourist party (totaling 10-30 guests) partially cancels a reservation, there will be no penalty for breach of contract if notice is given by two days before the date of stay. If the party totals 31 guests or more, there will be a 50% penalty.
- With a tourist party (10 guests or more), a full (100%) deposit must be made to the specified bank account by one month before the date of stay.Reservations will be made after the deposit is received.
- In the payment of the cancellation fee in the above table, the cancellation fee will be applied only to the first night in case if the same hotel guest consecutively stays at our hotel.

- When trying to use a discount ticket, invitation ticket, etc., for all or part of the payment stipulated in the Accommodation Clause, the hotel guest will preliminarily present it at the time of confirmation stipulated in the preceding paragraph.
Article 9. Room Operating Time
- Paragraph 1.
- The time when our hotel guest uses our hotel room (check-in time) shall be 3:00 p.m. and the time when leaving the room (checkout time) shall be 12:00 noon.
- Paragraph 2.
- However, if our hotel guest is to consecutively stay at our hotel, the room can be used for all day long except for the arrival and departure dates.
Article 10. Compliance with the Terms of Service

- In our hotel, our hotel guests shall comply with the Terms of Service stipulated by our hotel.
Article 11. Business Hours
- Paragraph 1.
- Business hours of the principal facilities at our hotel shall be as follows and detailed business hours of other facilities, and presentation at each location shall be reported through information in the room.

- Even if it is during the stay that we have accepted, our hotel may refuse the continuous stay if it has been found out that you fall under any of the following items:
- In the event of falling under any of the Items (3) to (11) of Article 4.
- In the event of not following the Terms of Service in Article 10.
Article 13. Payment of the Fees</h>
- Paragraph 1.
- The breakdown of and calculation method for the accommodation fee, which shall be paid by our hotel guests, shall be in accordance with the list in the Terms of Service.
- Paragraph 2.
- Payment of the fees shall be made by the Japanese currency, credit cards that our hotel has approved, or a discount ticket, invitation ticket, etc., at our hotelʼs front desk by the checkout time or when our hotel charges.
- Paragraph 3.
- Even if our hotel guest does not voluntarily stay after starting to use a room, the fee relevant to accommodations shall be paid.
Article 14. Our Hotelʼs Responsibility
- Paragraph 1.
- Our hotelʼs responsibility on accommodations will start at the time when our hotel guest registers for accommodation at our hotelʼs front desk or when the hotel guest enters the room whichever comes first and end at the time when the hotel guest leaves the room for his/her departure.
- Paragraph 2.
- If we cannot provide a room for our hotel guest for reasons attributable to our hotel, we will find another accommodation facility that is under the same or similar conditions for the hotel guest, except for difficult cases of a natural disaster and force majeure.
- Paragraph 3.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if we cannot find another accommodation facility, we will pay the accommodation fee as the compensation charge up to a ceiling of the accommodation fee under the said agreement as the penal charge and appropriate for the compensation damage. However, this shall not apply if there is no reason attributable to our hotel for not being able to continue to provide a room.
- Paragraph 4.
- In case of a serious fault attributable to our hotel, we have purchased Innkeeperʼs Liability Insurance to cover liability for body injury and property damage from food poisoning caused by food and drink and products provided/sold by our hotel, injuries caused by the in-house facility and equipment failures, body injury due to accidental fire, and theft of articles placed in our custody.
Article 15. Handling of the Things Placed Under Our Custody
- Paragraph 1.
- With regard to the goods our hotel guest deposited at the front desk, when any damage, such as loss or breakage, occurs, we will compensate for such damage if caused by our hotelʼs intention/serious faults.
- Paragraph 2.
- With regard to the goods brought into our hotel that are not deposited at the front desk, in the event of any damage, such as loss or breakage caused by our hotelʼs intention or gross negligence, our hotel will compensate for such damage. However, provided, that we will assume no responsibility for the goods our hotel guest did not present the kind and price in advance, except for damage caused by our hotelʼs intention or gross negligence.
Article 16. Storing of Our Hotel Guestʼs Baggage or Personal Effects
- Paragraph 1.
- If our hotel guestʼs baggage arrives prior to the accommodations being ready, the baggage will be stored with the care of a good manager only in cases in which our hotel acknowledged prior to the arrival and will be given before check-in at the front desk.
- Paragraph 2.
- In a case where our hotel guestʼs baggage or personal effects were left at our hotel after the hotel guest checked out and if the owner is known, we shall communicate with the said owner and ask for instructions. However, if there is no instruction given by the owner or if the owner cannot be found, the tax and valuables, such as securities, shall be stored for one day, including the day of discovery, and other goods shall be stored for about one month and then they shall be based on the relevant laws and regulations. However, provided, that this shall not apply to foodstuffs.
- Paragraph 3.
- Our hotelʼs responsibility for storing our hotel guestʼs baggage or personal effects in the preceding two paragraphs will be based on the provisions of Paragraph 1 of the preceding article in the case of Paragraph 1 and the provisions of the Paragraph 2 of the same article in the case of the preceding paragraph.
Article 17. Our Hotel Guestʼs Responsibility
- Paragraph 1.
- In the event of damage to the hotel attributable to the hotel guest, the said hotel guest will compensate for such damage to the hotel.

- If the number of contracted days is shortened, the cancellation fee for one day will be collected regardless of the number of shortened days.
- If a tourist party (totaling 10-30 guests) partially cancels a reservation, there will be no penalty for breach of contract if notice is given by two days before the date of stay. If the party totals 31 guests or more, there will be a 50% penalty.
- With a tourist party (10 guests or more), a full (100%) deposit must be made to the specified bank account by one month before the date of stay.Reservations will be made after the deposit is received.
- In the payment of the cancellation fee in the above table, the cancellation fee will be applied only to the first night in case if the same hotel guest consecutively stays at our hotel.

(a) Animals and birds, (b) anything that produces foul odors, (c) ignitable or flammable dangerous articles, (d) firearms
and swords, (e) bringing food and drink and taking unauthorized photographs, and (f) other items that violate the rules of
the laws and regulations and are offensive to public order and morals - Do not gamble nor commit any acts that corrupt public morals and bother others.
- Do not use the accommodation facility for a purpose other than accommodations, such as unauthorized photography.
- Do not invite strangers into the accommodation facility nor let them use the accommodation facility’s equipment or goods.
- Do not change the current conditions of the accommodation facility’s equipment and goods by moving them to other
places or fabricating them. - Do not leave your belongings in the hallways, lobby, etc.
- Although we ask our guests to pay in advance, if our front staff presents the usage fee for our adjoining facilities that you
used or the charge for extending the deadline at the time of your departure, please pay in each case. - Management of your cash and valuables during your stay will be your responsibility. Please be reminded that we
assume no responsibility for the loss or theft of your cash and valuables. - Storing of your belongings and things left behind shall be in accordance with Article 16 of the Accommodation Clause
and related laws and regulations. - With regard to organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, and events that may be offensive to public
order.- Under the Act for the Prevention of Wrongful Acts by Members of Organized Crime Groups (enforced on March 1,
1992), our hotel does not accept designated organized crime groups, members of the designated organized crime groups,
etc. (If the said fact is known after your reservation or during the use, we will refuse your use of the facility at that point in
time.) - Our hotel does not accept antisocial groups and members of antisocial groups (such as organized crime groups, radical
action groups, etc., and their members). (If the said fact is known after your reservation or during use, we will refuse your

Article 1. Application of This Clause
- Paragraph 1.

- Paragraph 2.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if we respond to a special agreement within the scope that is not offensive to the laws and regulations, as well as convention, such special agreement shall have priority.
Article 2. Application for an Accommodation Agreement
- Paragraph 1.
- When our hotel accepts an application for accommodation on the accommodation date or the date prior to the accommodation date (hereinafter referred to as “Application for Making the Accommodations”), we will ask the applicant for the accommodations to declare the following items:
- Names of the lodgers, number of lodgers, address, and contact information
- Accommodation date, scheduled arrival time, details of the accommodations, and presence or absence of an invitation ticket or discount terms, such as membership in our sister hotel.
- Accommodation fee (In principle, it shall be in accordance with the Appendix 1.)
- i. The name and telephone number of the applicant
ii. The name, telephone number, and address of the payer - Other matters that our hotel deems necessary
- Paragraph 2.
- In case our hotel guest wishes to extend the stay beyond the accommodation date stipulated in (2) of the preceding paragraph during his/her stay, our hotel deems that there has been a new application for the accommodation agreement at the time such application is made.
- Paragraph 3.
- Reservations from HP, a reservation site, etc., are intended for those who have appropriately done the settings for characters (Japanese language display), an e-mail, printer, etc. With regard to the PC and influences on a reservation of those who do not correspond to these conditions, we assume no responsibility. Also, even if the above-mentioned conditions are met, we assume no responsibility for any causes that are beyond our hotel’s management, such as situations pertaining to the configuration of a guest’s PC.
Article 3. Completion of an Accommodation Agreement and a Deposit
- Paragraph 1.
- An accommodation agreement shall be completed at the time when our hotel accepts the application stipulated in the preceding paragraph. Provided, however, that this shall not apply in the case where the fact that our hotel did not accept it has been proved.
- Paragraph 2.
- If a single accommodation application has more than 10 guests, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the basic accommodation fee must be transferred within 7 days from the date of application to the bank account designated by the hotel.
- Paragraph 3.
- The deposit stipulated in the preceding paragraph shall be appropriated for the accommodation fee our hotel guest shall eventually pay and appropriated for in an order of a cancellation fee in the case where provisions of the Paragraph 2 of Article 5 shall be applied and compensatory payment in the case where provisions of the Article 17 shall be applied, and the remaining amount shall be returned to the applicant if there is any left.
- Paragraph 4.
- If the deposit stipulated in the Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date designated by our hotel in accordance with the provisions of the said paragraph, the accommodation agreement may become ineffective.
Article 4. Rejection of Concluding an Accommodation Agreement
- Paragraph 1.
- In the following cases, our hotel may reject accepting accommodations:
- If the application for accommodations is not in accordance with this clause.
- If there is no room available due to full occupancy (of people).
- If a person who is trying to stay at our hotel is recognized to commit an act likely to be offensive to the laws and
regulations and public order and morals. - If a person who is trying to stay at our hotel is recognized to try to bring in dangerous goods.
- If a person who is trying to stay at our hotel is the organized crime group or the member of the organized crime group
(hereinafter referred to as “Organized Crime Group” and “Member of the Organized Crime Group”) under the Act for the
Prevention of Wrongful Acts by Members of Organized Crime Groups (enforced on March 1, 1992) or the person
concerned or is part of antisocial forces. - If a person who is trying to stay at our hotel is the employee or member of the company or another group in which the
Organized Crime Group or the Member of the Organized Crime Group controls its business activities. - If a person who is trying to stay at our hotel is a corporate person and there is any person among its board members
who falls into the Member of the Organized Crime Group. - If a person who is trying to stay at our hotel commits an act of violence, threat, blackmail, or coercive undue claims to
our hotel guests or staff of the accommodation facility (employees), demands the charge that is beyond a lawful extent, or
is recognized that he/she has ever committed a similar act. - If a person who is trying to stay at our hotel is the person who has been affected with a legal communicable disease or
a highly communicable disease and currently under medical treatment. - If a person who is trying to stay at our hotel is recognized to be likely to cause troubles to other guests by drinking
heavily, etc. Or if the person behaves in a way to significantly cause troubles to other guests. - If we cannot provide the accommodation facility due to a natural disaster, facility failure, and other inevitable reasons.
Article 5. Hotel Guest’s Right of Cancellation
- Paragraph 1.
- This hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept a room in the following cases.
- Paragraph 1. Our hotel guests can ask to cancel the accommodation agreement.
- Paragraph 2. If our hotel guest does not arrive by 2:00 a.m. on the day after the accommodation date (30 minutes after the arrival time if the arrival time has been declared in advance), the accommodation agreement is deemed to be cancelled by the hotel guest, and the provisions of Article 12 will be applied.
Article 6. Cancellation Fee
- Paragraph 1.
- If a person planning to stay at our hotel cancels the accommodation agreement or cancels part of the accommodation agreement due to any cause attributable to the said person, the said person shall pay the cancellation fee (Appendix 1) stipulated by our hotel.
- Paragraph 2.
- The cancellation fee shall be paid into our designated financial institution’s account within seven days from the day of cancellation.
Article 7. Our Hotel’s Right of Cancellation
